Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support at beautyplug@info.dk. Our team will assist you in finding the right product and guide you through the exchange process. Similar to returns, the item for exchange must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or process a refund. As with returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange, depending on the situation. In such cases, beautyplug will cover the shipping fees.
